Overview

Front of House (FOH) Manager

A Front of House Manager at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, assists the General Manager with the Restaurant’s daily operations. This includes supporting the training, development, staffing, scheduling, and performance management of the Front of House team members. The Front of House Manager supports the team to ensure that our most important people, our Guests, and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment, and contribute to thriving workplace culture.

Qualifications

-1-2 years of recent experience at a management or supervisor level will be an asset

-1-2 years of recent experience in a casual dining restaurant will be an asset

-Valid certificate in food safety to maintain high food standards

-Must be over the age of 19 with a valid responsible beverage certificate

-Willingness to work flexible hours

-Ability to oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations

-Strong customer service and clear verbal communication skills required

-Problem solving skills

-Oraganizational and attention to detail skills

-Ability to supervise both FOH and HOH team members, and providing feedback
