About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our growing team in Calgary. As an AGM, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating your team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving restaurant success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase restaurant traffic.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced casual dining environment is prefered but not necessary. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
• Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Food Safety Certification is a must.
