Bartender/Server Supervisor

Bar/server supervisors at Boston Pizza are the engine of the front of the house. They lead the Guest Experience and ensure our Guests have everything they need from a carefully mixed cocktail to appitizers to desserts. Masters of situational service, they tailor their style to meet the needs of our Guests. Bar/server supervisors are responsible for the accuracy of the entire order as well as maintaining a positive and Guest focused attitude through the entire experience. Bar/server supervisors support the management and foh team on and off the floor to ensure that our most important people, our Guests, and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment, and contribute to thriving workplace culture.
