Boston Pizza West Springs is looking for a motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. If you’re passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to take the next step in your culinary leadership journey, this is the role for you!

💼 Position: Kitchen Supervisor

📍 Location: Boston Pizza – West Springs, Calgary, AB
💰 Wage: $45,000 – $60,000 annually (based on hours worked)
🕒 Status: Full-time, Permanent

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support kitchen team during shifts to ensure smooth operations

• Oversee food preparation, line execution, and plate presentation

• Monitor quality control and food safety standards

• Support inventory and ordering systems

• Assist in training and onboarding new HOH team members

• Work closely with management to drive a positive and productive kitchen culture

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a kitchen environment

• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

• Excellent communication and team-building skills

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
