Boston Pizza Seton is looking for a Full-Time Server Supervisor who will work a combination of serving shifts and management shifts. If you enjoy fast-paced service, leading by example, and helping your team shine—this is the opportunity for you!

🔥 What You'll Do:

• Lead by Example: Work regular serving shifts while also stepping into supervisory roles to support and guide the front-of-house team.

• Coach & Motivate: Help train, mentor, and encourage staff to deliver top-tier service.

• Guest Experience: Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

• Shift Support: Assist in floor management, staff coordination, and daily operational tasks.

• Maintain Standards: Help ensure cleanliness, safety, and company policy compliance.

• Work as a Team: Collaborate with management and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

✅ What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead server role in a busy restaurant environment.

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• The ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

• ProServe and Food Safe certification (or willing to obtain).

• A desire to grow and take on more responsibility.
