We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team at Boston Pizza Beverly. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high food quality and safety standards. This role is essential to ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly by preparing ingredients and keeping stations stocked for service.

What does a successful Prep Cook look like?

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, portioning, and measuring according to recipes

• Follow daily prep lists to ensure all items are ready for service

• Label, date, and store food items properly following food safety guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized prep station

• Assist line cooks and kitchen staff as needed

• Ensure kitchen equipment and tools are cleaned and maintained

• Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an asset but not required

• Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies when needed
