Key Responsibilities & What Success Looks Like
- Run smooth, organized shifts with strong food quality and fast ticket times
- Maintain top food safety standards (AHS compliance, logs, P1 checks always complete)
- Keep kitchen clean, audit-ready, and free of critical violations
- Control food waste, portioning, and follow proper prep, labeling, and FIFO
- Support and coach team members; ensure accountability and performance
- Handle issues quickly (quality, safety, equipment) and communicate with management
- Ensure all checklists, logs, and shift duties are completed accurately
