IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Available evenings weekends & holidays
• Previous serving/bartending experience preferred
• Strong ability to multi task
• Guest centered & personable 
• Ability to maintain & build clientele 

At Boston Pizza Beverly we run a hybrid Server/Bartender role in our lounge. The lounge server carefully mixes up cocktails and pours drinks for all of our Guests. They are responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. Dedicated to serving our Guests perfect drinks and service, every time, they are also great at building relationships at the bar through conversation and situational serving. • Builds relationships with regulars at the bar by getting to know their names or chatting about sports.
• Knows how to mix up all drinks to Boston Pizza standards

• Effectively communicates with the Front of House team to keep drink service moving quickly
